DELIVERY
JINJI delivers its Products in France and the rest of the world.
The products are shipped with the invoice, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering . The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. In order for these times to be respected, the Customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
In the case of items that can be delivered on different dates due to their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. However, JINJI reserves the right to split deliveries. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment. JINJI cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. In the event of a delay, an email will be sent to you.
Any order not shipped within 30 days of the order is cancelled unless otherwise stipulated and announced in the sales offer.
The times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing and delivery times for products destined for mainland France. In the event of split deliveries, only the products shipped are debited.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and JINJI, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receipt of the product.
JINJI cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery that is not its fault.
